How long will my wig last?

With proper care, our raw wigs lasts from 3+years and our virgin wigs lasts 1+ year.

How long is processing and shipping?

Processing is 4-5 business days and shipping is 5-10 business days. 

What is the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?

Raw hair is not steamed or chemically processed. Virgin hair is steamed and/or chemically processed.

What kind of shampoo to use on my hair?

We recommend Suave Professions Moroccan Infusion

Will my hair shed?

Every hair that has been sewn on a weft may experience minimum shedding. 

What products should I use on my hair?

Very few products should be used on your bundles because it will become heavy and oily. We suggest a very light mist of sheen or serum.

How often should I wash my hair?

We recommend washing your hair at least 1 every 2 weeks.

 Can I get a refund?

Store credit will be given for any returns. Hair must be in same condition as sent with tags and lace in place.

How do I protect my hair at night?

You should wear a silk bonnet to protect your hair from drying and shedding. This will also allow you to maintain your hair style.
